Booth Prices:

$100- Commercial Vendor Space for one event date below. Vendors may participate in one, two, or three event dates.

2022 Pictures on the Plains dates:

Thursday, June 23: 5:30-7:30pm*
Thursday, June 30: 5:30-7:30pm*
Thursday, July 7: 5:30-7:30pm*

**The prices above include a 10x10 exhibitor space and exhibitor entries to be on site

**You will be notified if your application has been declined. If you are not notified please know that you are accepted.

**This application is for vendors only. This is NOT for Food Vendors. For more information about food vendors please email, lfriend@arapahoegov.com.

Once you are signed up as a vendor specific COVID safety information will be emailed to you for vendors and staff on site. If you have any questions before that time please email lfriend@arapahoegov.com

Are you a direct marketing or MLM company?

All vendors of the Pictures on the Plains must submit insurance to LFriend@arapahoegov.com by June 20.

The submitted insurance must include: Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum combined single limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate. The required commercial general liability shall be endorsed to include Arapahoe County as Certificate Holder and name Arapahoe County and its elected officials, officers, employees and agents as additionally insured.
