2026 Vendor Application for Consideration

Vendor Booths:

The Arapahoe County Fair thanks you for taking the time to fill out the application for consideration. Please take time to fill out the form below with as much information as possible. Only vendors who complete the entire application - on time - will be considered for the 2026 Fair.

The Arapahoe County Fair is offering a two day vendor option ONLY in 2026. Friday, July 24, 2026 and Saturday, July 25, 2026

Booth Hours:

• Friday, July 24, 11-10 p.m.
• Saturday, July 25, 11-10 p.m.

10x10 Booth Price Fee (plus additional fees for more space and electrical if needed). Please note the fee below includes a 3% convenience fee.

• Two Day Option:
  • $300- Non Profit Business (501c3 copy is required with the application)
  • $500- Home Based Business - This type of business does not have a store front but is run out of your home
  • $800- Commercial Business - This business has commercial building where customers can shop or a service is provided
  • $200- Each additional 10x10 space

The Arapahoe County Fair will close the vendor application on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Each application will be reviewed by the Fair committee. We strive to maintain a product balance throughout all exhibit areas. Some factors considered when choosing new vendors include:

Selection Criteria

• space availability
• availability within a product category
• alignment with current year’s Fair theme (may vary year over year)
• financial responsibility
• accountability
• past history of participation and/or references for new applicants
• Arapahoe County and Colorado-based businesses (preferred, but not required)

Those who have been accepted, will receive an invitation to participate in the Arapahoe County Fair. All others will receive a non-accepted notice via email. Vendors invited to participate in the 2026 Fair will be invoiced with full payment due within 30 days.

Exhibitors who are accepted will have 30 days to submit full payment via credit card or business account check for their space and amenities. Any exhibitors who miss this deliverable will be withdrawn from the selection process.

Vendor Requirements:

• Insurance listing Arapahoe County Fairgrounds - (25690 E. Quincy Ave. Aurora, CO 80016) as additionally insured.
• Sales Tax ID. You need to collect 4.250% and remit 4.250% to the Colorado Department of Revenue.
• All vendors are required to manage their own trash. Arapahoe County Fair provides necessary receptacles.
• Personal vehicles are not permitted within the Fair.
• Must remain onsite all two days operating 11-10 p.m. with adequate staffing.
• Set up will be Friday, July 24, 2026 from 7-10:30 a.m.
• Tear down will be Saturday, July 25, 2026 after 10 p.m. *(no vehicles allowed) or Sunday, July 26, 2026. All items need to be removed by 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
• Average Fair attendance patterns:
  • Thursday, ~4,500
  • Friday, ~8,000
  • Saturday, ~10,000
  • Sunday, ~5,000
