2026 Food Vendor Application for Consideration

Food Vendor Booths:

The Arapahoe County Fair thanks you for taking the time to fill out the application for consideration. The 2026 Arapahoe County Fair will host 9 food vendor spaces. Please take time to fill out the form below with as much information as possible. Only vendors who complete the entire application - on time - will be considered for the 2026 Fair.


The Arapahoe County Fair will be held July 23-26, 2026. Each 10x20FT booth space will cost $1,200.00 plus additional fees for more space and electrical if needed. The Arapahoe County Fair does not revenue share.

The Arapahoe County Fair will close the application on Tuesday, March 31st. After which the Fair committee will meet and decide which food vendors will receive an invitation to participate in the Arapahoe County Fair by mid-April. Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Arapahoe County Fair! We strive to maintain a product balance throughout all exhibit areas. Some factors considered when choosing vendors are the health and safety of the public, product balance of vendors, space requirements, uniqueness of the product, and the professionalism of the exhibit display. Please note that we receive more applications than we can accommodate so, not all applications for consideration will be accepted. Food vendors invited to participate in the 2026 Fair will be invoiced with full payment due within 30 days.

Food Truck Requirements:

  • Health Permit to operate.
    • Note: Colorado's House Bill 25-1295 effective January 1, 2026 still requires food trucks to provide copies of their permits and licenses to local jurisdiction entities for approval to operate in that jurisdiction.
  • Fire Permit to operate.
    • Note: Colorado's House Bill 25-1295 effective January 1, 2026 still requires food trucks to provide copies of their permits and licenses to local jurisdiction entities for approval to operate in that jurisdiction.
  • Insurance listing Arapahoe County Fairgrounds - (25690 E. Quincy Ave. Aurora, CO 80016) as additionally insured.
  • Sales Tax ID. You need to collect 4.250% and remit 4.250% to the Colorado Department of Revenue.
  • W-9 on most current IRS template.
  • No alcohol may be brought onto the fairgrounds unless included in the event’s Special Event Permit via the Fairgrounds Event Coordinator.
  • All food vendors are required to supply their own electricity unless purchased in addition to booth space below.
  • All food vendors are required to manage their own trash & water dumping. Arapahoe County Fair provides necessary receptacles.
  • Personal vehicles are not permitted within the Fair. Food truck operators need to plan to cart in supplies.
  • Must remain onsite all four days operating 4pm-10pm Thursday; 11am-10pm Friday-Sunday with adequate inventory and staffing.
  • Average Fair attendance patterns:
    • Thursday, ~4,500
    • Friday, ~8,000
    • Saturday, ~10,000
    • Sunday, ~5,000
