2022 Food Vendor Application for Consideration

Food Vendor Booths:

The Arapahoe County Fair Food Vendor Team wants to thank you for taking the time to fill out the application for consideration.

The 2022 Arapahoe County Fair will host 10 food vendor spaces. Please take time to fill out the form below with as much information as possible. Only vendors who complete the entire application - on time - will be considered for the 2022 Fair.

The Arapahoe County Fair will be held July 28-31, 2022. Each booth space will cost $1,000.00 plus electrical if needed. If you are a Drink Vendor ONLY your booth cost will be $800.00 plus electrical if needed. The ACF does not revenue share.

The Arapahoe County Fair Food Committee will close the application on Friday, February 28. After which the committee will meet and decide which food vendors will receive an invitation to participate in the fair. All vendors will be notified by April 1, 2022.

**The booths include a 10x20 exhibitor space, 4 exhibitor & parking passes (additional passes may be purchased at the front gate for $5). Additional space and electrical come at an additional cost.

Booths with power are grouped together at the festival. If you do not sign up for power ahead of time you will not receive it on site. You must purchase power at the time you order the booth. We will not allow you to add power at a later date.

Insurance

All vendors of the Arapahoe County Fair must supply insurance.

Insurance Policy that must be submitted has to include:

Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum combined single limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate. The required Commercial General Liability shall be endorsed to include Arapahoe County and Events Etc. as Certificate Holder and name Arapahoe County, and its elected officials, officers, employees and agents as additional insured’s.

All Food Vendors Must Be Aware of the Following:

In order to participate in a Temporary Food Event you will need to do the following steps at least two weeks prior to the event. There is a $50.00 late fee if all paperwork is not submitted two weeks before the event you are participating in and may result in disapproval to operate.
