2025 Brewery Sign Up - Pours on the Plains

Vendor spaces at the "Pours on the Plains: Craft Brew Fest" include (4) exhibitor badges, 1- table, 2- folding chairs, ice, and access to power.

POURS ON THE PLAINS:
  • Friday, July 25th from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
  • 21+ Event

Arapahoe County Fair to provide:

  • Indoor exhibitor space – 8ft or 6ft table and two chairs
  • $200 post-event stipend to assist in covering costs
  • Dinner provided for Brewery staff working event
  • Access to Ice, water, WIFI, and Electrical (if requested)
  • Brewery exposure on: Event website, select promotional materials, social media, putting your beer in front of 600 craft brew lovers!
  • (4) complimentary Fair and Pours on the Plains tickets per participating brewery
    • Pours on the Plains tickets are restricted to 21+ guests
  • Opportunity to win People’s Choice and Judge’s Choice awards at the event

Breweries to provide:

  • A minimum of 3 different styles of beer to pour 3-4oz samples for up to 600 guests
  • Staff – this is a permitted 21+ event – while family members or staff under 21 years of age are encouraged to enjoy the Fair, they will not be permitted to enter the Exhibition Hall during this event.
  • All necessary items to serve (kegs, pitchers, towels, jockey boxes, etc.)
  • Decor for their space
  • Company w9 for post-event stipend


When you submit the application below your spot will be held for the 2025 event. This year the event will be held on Friday, July 25th from 6:30-9:30pm inside the Event Center's Exhibition Hall during the Arapahoe County Fair. Arapahoe County Staff will only allow up to 30 breweries to participate in this ticketed event due to space restrictions. We have limited eligibility as we ask that you bring a minimum of 3 types of craft brews to sample at our event. There is no fee to participate, we just ask that you bring enough 3-4oz. samples for 600 guests. (Please keep in mind that guests might come back for a second sample).

During the event, guests will have the opportunity to sip, sample, and cast their vote for the People's Choice for Best Brew of the night. Additionally, we will have a panel of judges that will determine the Judge's Choice for Most Original Beer, Easy Drinking, Full Flavor, and Best in Show.

Breweries will receive a vendor packet by Friday, July 11th with all of the information you will need on the day of the event.

  • Rain or shine event
  • 21+ Event - Strictly enforced per Special Event Permit
  • Please note, if you cancel participation within 30 days of the event that you may not be invited to participate at future events.
