2023 Food Vendor Application for Consideration

Food Vendor Booths:

The Arapahoe County Fair Food Vendor Team wants to thank you for taking the time to fill out the application for consideration.

The 2023 Arapahoe County Fair will host 8 food vendor spaces. Please take time to fill out the form below with as much information as possible. Only vendors who complete the entire application - on time - will be considered for the 2023 Fair.

The Arapahoe County Fair will be held July 27-30, 2023. Each booth space will cost $1,000.00 plus electrical if needed. The ACF does not revenue share.

The Arapahoe County Fair Food Committee will close the application on Friday, March 10th. After which the committee will meet and decide which food vendors will receive an invitation to participate in the fair. All vendors will be notified by Friday, March 24th.

**The booths include a 10x20 exhibitor space, 4 exhibitor & parking passes (additional passes may be purchased prior to July 10th for $5 each).
**Additional space and electrical come at an additional cost.

By order of the FIRE MARSHALL, you may not use your own generator!

Booths with power are grouped together at the festival. If you do not sign up for power ahead of time you will not receive it on site. You must purchase power at the time you order the booth. We will not allow you to add power at a later date.

Pepsi Beverage

The following drink products are available for sale; Pepsi, Diet, Sierra, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Water, Gatorade (yellow/red) and 20lb bags of ice
- Please note, no direct competitor beverages can be sold onsite at the Arapahoe County Fair; Coke products, additional soda related products
A Pepsi representative will be collecting orders by 9pm on Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday night. You will receive a product receipt for your records
All vendors will be invoiced each morning for the product used the day before. Credit cards accepted onsite or exact change only
Vendors can set their product pricing that they are selling to the public
Arapahoe County Fair will not be accepting any returns or refunds on product sold to our vendors. What you purchase is yours to keep and resell

Thank you for your application. You will receive notice via email by Friday, March 24th on whether or not you have been invited to participate in the 2023 Arapahoe County Fair.
