World Championship Mutton Bustin' - Open to children six and younger, weighing less than 60 lbs. Register for this daily event on-site, 30 minutes before event is scheduled to begin.
Demolition Derby - To enter for this Sunday event, participants must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license. Those under 18 must provide a notarized parent/guardian signature giving consent for the driver to participate. Each driver must submit a completed entry form.
Cow Patty Toss - Toss a pie in the sky at the Fair. It’s a daily contest anyone can enter and it’s an easy one too. Find out if you can toss yours the furthest.
Back Seat Driver Contest - For every passenger who thinks they know better (and isn’t afraid to say so), we invite you to participate in the daily Potestio Brothers Back Seat Driver Contests.
This challenge involves blindfolding your driver and verbally instructing them around an obstacle course on a four-wheeler. Who said there’s no room for a back seat driver?
Watermelon Seed Spitting and Eating Daily Contests – It’s good ol’ fashioned fun when you compete in the watermelon seed spitting and eating contests. Plus it’s a great way to beat the heat and bite into the sticky sweetness of our country’s favorite summer goodness.
Rocky Mountain Arm Wrestling Classic - Think you've got the strength to go all the way? Test your biceps in the armwrestling competition - Sunday. Those under 18 require parental consent.
Dutch Oven Cook-off - Compete in the 2nd Annual "Jeannie Jolly Memorial" Dutch Oven Cook-off Sunday, July 25. Show off your culinary expertise and demonstrate how to master an old but timeless tradition. Registration Deadline: July 16. Call Nikki Lown 303-621-2526 for more info.
